Due to the high volume of appointments being cancelled within a shift period a Missed Appointment Fee will now be charged at the rate of $20.00 per appointment as follows:

Chiropractic
1) If you miss an appointment without notifying us;
2) If less than 1 hour notice is provided;

Massage
3) If less than 1 hour notice is provided or you miss a massage FULL PAYMENT will be required.

Please note that these fees are not claimable from your health insurance company.

We understand that there will be exceptions to this rule in the case of emergencies however, they will be assessed on a case by case basis.
